III. Characteristics
Exceptional colorfastness, strong adhesion, high color yield, wet/dry rub resistance rated 4-5 (transparent), resistant to finger scraping, strong coverage, and dry finish. Slight yellowing after 3+ months. Aging-resistant, eco-friendly, suitable for flat screen printing.

V. Operational Procedure
1.Printing Process: 80-100 mesh screen printing → 2-3 passes with 2-coat application → Drying → Heat treatment or heat pressing (130-140°C, 8-12 seconds)
2.Due to fabric variability, pre-printing testing is required. For coated fabrics, test the adhesion strength between the fabric coating and the PU system. The company assumes no responsibility for quality issues arising from unconfirmed conditions or improper use/operation.
