Typically use 80-140 mesh screens; adjust mesh count based on design complexity
Apply three coats, each with two passes; apply flock paper wet during final coat and cure
Allow natural drying for 24 hours post-application or tunnel cure at 130°C for 2-3 minutes
Storage
Store in a cool, dark place at 5-35°C. Shelf life: 6 months.
