I. Performance & Specifications
Appearance: Translucent liquid
Main Component: PUA-modified polymeric water-based emulsion
Ion Type: Anionic
Solid Content: 45% ± 1
Brookfield Viscosity: 20000-40000CPS
PH Value: 6.5-7.0
II. Application Characteristics
Suitable for topcoating acrylic ink surfaces. Delivers high gloss, full film coverage, smooth surface, excellent fastness, low tensile strength, medium-hard hand feel, and superior anti-re-adhesion performance. Does not separate when mixed with crosslinking agents or other base slurries.
III. Mixing Ratios and Application Process
PA1200 Gloss Paste: 98-99g
Specialized Catalyst: 1-2g (as needed)
Total: 100g
(Screen mesh: 100-120 mesh) Apply the above mixture in two overprint coats → Dry → Press at 130-150°C for approx. 10 seconds or cure in a heat treatment oven at 130-150°C for 3-5 minutes.
IV. Precautions
1.Thoroughly test each batch/before each use before application. When mixing paste: Stir slowly, add appropriate additives, and mix evenly. Use the paste-additive mixture within 6 hours whenever possible (avoid rapid or prolonged stirring to prevent excessive bubbling).
2.Adjust additive quantities based on actual conditions to achieve optimal adhesion.
3.During printing, avoid excessively high drying temperatures to prevent bubbling, but ensure complete drying to prevent sticking.
5.After use, reseal inner bags tightly to prevent exposure to air and skin formation.
