①Rinse with sandpaper and laundry detergent before applying glue；
②Table glue with about 0.3% catalyst to increase fastness, recommended aziridine；
③After the normal thickness, you do not need to add the catalyst (otherwise, the adhesive will become weak)
Problem of the table glue is too sticky
Because the printing factory is relatively too miscellaneous do fabrics, glue viscosity requirements on Taiwan is also different, with some ordinary cotton to Taiwan adhesiveness requirement is not high, can add just the right amount of catalyst by experience or fixing agent to reduce viscosity using! Can also be into the partial dry may just as well and fastness good transparent paste use! (The specific proportion is subject to customer demand)
Layer problem of the table glue：The layer problem of table glue is very rare and generally occurs when two different manufacturers of table glue are used.
Solution method one：
①To avoid problems, a sample test should be done before gluing or 1-2 layers should be added with about 1-2% aziridine catalyst；
②Normal using table glue without adding catalyst。
Solution method two：①Rinse with sandpaper and laundry detergent before applying glue；
②The original table glue and our new table glue half stir evenly on 1-2 layers；
③Then separately on our new table glue to reach the normal thickness。

Notes

1. The table glue can be used with water, but the water resistance will become worse after adding water, and because the water is added, the shelf life is also very short, it should be used as soon as possible to avoid the odor of the rubber (if a certain proportion of preservatives can be added when adding water to avoid the odor problem)
2. When the table glue is used in rainy and humid weather, the table glue will absorb water vapor like other water-based materials, so the surface of the table glue is not easy to dry, before the cloth processing, the table should be checked first, or after several times the table oven to ensure that the table glue is dry and then the cloth production.
