■Usage Instructions
●Suitable for cotton, polyester, silicone-coated fabrics, swimwear fabrics, and high-elastic webbing
●Applicable for flatbed and oval screen printing
●Blend with 1-2% 1008 or 1-3% 1089 curing agent to enhance strength and adhesion
●Typically use 80-140 mesh screens; adjust mesh count according to design complexity
Generally, apply two passes per print. For highly elastic fabrics, first use a transparent base coat, then overprint with white adhesive paste mixed with transparent paste for coloring.
●Allow natural drying for 24 hours post-application or oven-dry at 130°C for 2-3 minutes
■Storage
Store in a cool, dark place at 5-35°C. Shelf life: six months.
